Government Service Operations Specialist
Lisa Carroll joined Starkey in 2001 as a Technician in production. Moving from production, she spent several years in the Warranty Services Division as a Claims Adjuster. She crossed over from there and became a member of the Order Response Team until she landed a position as Customer Service Associate in Government Services in 2017. With her product and process knowledge, she transitioned into her current role as an Operations Specialist and oversees the day to day work flow processes.
